Disney needs to start caring about its licensing qualitySep 26, 2010
By SJ Port $26 delivered. For a few bucks more I coulda-shoulda gone to LLBean. But princess talked me into the licensed product again. Cardboard bottom, cheap rivets. Hollow aluminum tubing in the extension handle. By Day 3 the adjustable web strapping in back had torn off, the cardboard bottom was bent. The teacher tried to help and with a slight tap on the ground caused the metal tubing to bend - ever so slightly, but enough so that the extension handle won't go all the way down. Trying to bend it back into shape with simply increase the dent and the tube will just break. Girl is not rough with her things, but couldn't one expect basic use-testing to be done on anything intended for a kid? Disney repeatedly disappoints by licensing to the universe and failing to enforce manufacturing quality standards .. or do they even have any? Regrets all the way. Mommy will never learn, it seems, but maybe this will help the next sucker avoid my plight.

rolling backpackMar 28, 2011
By gleen80 This is a great backpack for my little girl and it's light weight. I received it pretty promptly and it was in good condition. It's so light I don't have to help my little girl up the stairs with it. It rolls nicely and it has straps if you want to carry it on your back.
