This was to replace another backpack/purse and I love it. It's super soft, and so nice looking. The zipper pulls are sturdy and very easy to use, and the zipper is well sewn so it doesn't appear that it will come apart. The shoulder straps are nice and adjustable, although I left them at the longer, factory settings (I am 6' tall).
The purse is lined and there is an external zipper pocket, a size zipper pocket (my phone fist in it just fine) and an internal zipper pocket. The main area of the bag is a little smaller than I had hoped for, but it will work out nicely. I like the way the purse stands up straight when I am going through the contents and looking for my lotion, my glasses (two pairs) or my billfold. It's really going to be a nice purse to use.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas. She loves it. It appears to be a quality item. It is, however, more a purse than a true backpack as it is a bit small (check the deminsions in the product discription).

The bag I ordered immediately started to come unstitched. I sent it back over a week ago and still haven't heard from the company. I won't order from them again unless I get a satisfactory response soon and it's not looking good.
