Just got the bag this week and have been using it for commuting on the plane and public transportation into town. It has a great mix of pockets with out all the bulk that you can get with lots of compartments. It Fits my widescreen HP laptop very well. Only downside might be that the zippers seem to stick a little bit, but I'm hoping that goes away in a few days (or after I apply a wax stick to the tracks).
The other comment is that the laptop compartment (side opening on the back) is a little light on padding at the bottom corners. No issues there yet and once zippered up tight it seems to be alright.

I got this bag as a company promo. I gave it to my youngest son as his book bag. He normally destroys bags quickly. This bag has lasted 2 years and still no sign of damage. Great product.

Been looking for another ogio metro to replace one i've had that's lasted 4 years and made the mistake of ordering this black one. It is not the same. the materials were substandard compared to my old one. the padding was horrible. the stitching poor. and the headphone compartment was not even functional. I've come to the conclusion that this can only be a knock-off.
